Not only did you sell my house to the first person who came, so I didn't need to have any open homes (it was tricky with my business), but you also got me a really good price. As if that wasn't enough, you then went totally the extra mile by looking for properties for me to buy, and found me the perfect place, even though there was no financial gain in it for you. You did all this with generosity of spirit, a cheerful, positive attitude and unending patience. Plus you had a knack of knowing exactly what I was looking for.
